The world is full of difficult people, or so it seems. Just google “Dealing with Difficult People” and you will be overwhelmed with articles, blog posts, books, videos and images that talk about difficult people. And, on the whole, most of the literature seems to assume that the “difficult” behaviour sits within the other person and there is not a lot that we can do if someone else chooses to be difficult.

However, there are ways of dealing with difficult people that simply look at how to get the best result from a situation and without judging anyone as right or wrong. I would like to share this with you in a free 1-hour workshop on Tuesday 1 Sept 2020 at 9am-10am UTC (7PM-8PM AEST)

Check here for for more details and to book your free place! Zoom details will be sent to you before the workshop.
